Consequently, bypassing the platform to finalize transactions initiated here is strictly forbidden. Prohibition of "Backdoor Deals" Sellers, buyers, and brokers are expressly prohibited from utilizing Shubh Sthaan Places's initial introductions, proprietary data, or platform connections to negotiate or finalize real estate transactions offline or outside of platform protocols with the intent of circumventing applicable platform fees or exclusive mandate agreements. Documented violations will result in immediate termination of the user account, forfeiture of active listings, and potential legal recourse to recover circumvention damages.
5. Content Submission and Media Uploads Users may upload property descriptions, imagery, and other digital assets. By submitting content, you guarantee that: You possess the legal right and necessary permissions to publish the content and authorize its display on Shubh Sthaan Places. The media accurately represents the property and is not misleading regarding structural condition, legal status, or geographical location. We reserve the unconditional right to audit, flag, or remove content that violates our standards or misrepresents the market.

Commercial Terms and Payments Revenue-generating services, including the purchase of enhanced listing tiers and Exclusive Mandates, are subject to non-refundable fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
